Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Metro Manila — [2–4] business days

  • Outside Metro Manila — [6–10] business days

  • Outside the Philippines —[8-14] business days? 

Weekends and holidays are not counted. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, or where weather, courier volume, or other circumstances outside our control cause delays.

If your parcel hasn't arrived

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address may require re-delivery charges.
